Edulution’s success is based on the ability to develop and nurture good relationships with all stakeholders in the communities that it operates.  

 

Coaches (and Hub staff) work hard and are trained to build and strengthen relationships in their communities in order to ensure support for the program at every level. The benefits for the communities in which Edulution engages are improved education, employment and enterprise development. Whenever possible, we recruit coaches from the local communities which helps strengthen relationships. The extra-curricular learning sessions provide a safe and fun environment in which to learn, removing learners from the streets and providing them with a productive activity. All coaches receive Child Protection training.
